It goes without saying that it’s good to wake up full of energy and enthusiasm, with a head full of ideas. It’s also nice to fall asleep relaxed and satisfied with the day. We think the skin under your eyes deserves a similar feeling. That is why we have something for it that prepares it for the day like a little black coffee, and ensures relaxation like a glass of wine in the evening.

Nowa Kosmetyka Eye Cream “Morning Coffee, Evening Wine”
“Morning Coffee, Evening Wine” eye cream is a universal cosmetic of light consistency. It will prove useful in the morning, when you need quick absorption and expect solid moisturising under make-up and protection against external factors. It will also be with you in the evening, feeding your skin with a wealth of antioxidants and wrapping it in a nourishing duvet. If your under-eye area is feeling dry and tight, we recommend giving it a try!
What’s in the cream:
Coffee hydrolate – the multitude of volatile compounds contained in coffee beans stimulates not only the sense of smell and palate, but also the circulation in the skin, thus helping to get rid of a slight puffiness in the morning. But that’s not all there is to it. The antioxidants in coffee protect the delicate skin under your eyes from harmful external factors in an effort to keep your skin healthy, vital and looking good for as long as possible.
Prickly pear oil (cold pressed and unrefined) - unfairly known especially for being insanely expensive, when it should rather be regarded as insanely good. What makes it so special? First of all, phytosterols. Compounds that in a wonderful way stimulate collagen production in the skin and stop the breakdown of elastin, maintaining firmness and smoothness. In cold pressed, unrefined prickly pear oil there are several times more of them than in most other oils, which, in our opinion, speaks for itself. There is also a high vitamin E content and a fatty acid profile with a clear predominance of unsaturated fatty acids. In a word – a light, but nourishing, soothing and regenerating skin patch.
Glycerol stearate, Cetyl alcohol – emollients that impede water evaporation from the skin and give the cream a pleasant texture
Radish ferment – an ingredient that protects the cosmetic against bacterial growth – natural and moisturising at the same time
Vitamin C (here as ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate) – an effective but mild, non-irritating form of vitamin C. Vitamin C really does a lot: it protects against oxidative stress, helps regeneration, accelerates healing, strengthens capillaries, improves colour… Much has been written about it, and still not enough. This time, we will just say that there is no collagen synthesis without vitamin C, so we cannot imagine an eye cream without it.
Wine extract – full of antioxidants, and with them anti-wrinkle and anti-inflammatory effects
Vitamin E – nourishes, regenerates and helps slow down the ageing process
Cetearyl olivate and olivate sorbitan – soften and protect against water evaporation, and give the cream a pleasant texture
Sodium hyaluronate and hyaluronic acid – a solid dose of hydration. We have composed different types of hyaluronan products – with ultra-small particles that penetrate the skin, moisturising it in deeper layers and increasing its ability to regenerate, and larger particles (which create a moisturising and protective film on the surface)
Guar gum and lactic acid – for a stable texture and an extra dose of moisture
The cream is preserved with radish ferment and a mixture of benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid – these are naturally occurring compounds approved for use in natural cosmetics by Ecocert and others. We use them in minimal amounts. We do not use polymeric foundations, artificial fragrances and other things that we would not want to apply under the eyes ourselves.
The cream wants to add one more thing: I gave myself a detailed test and measurements indicated that after a month’s use I was increasing skin hydration by over 68%. Volunteers also found that I smoothed, conditioned and formed a thin protective layer on the skin.
